There are two types of connection of the instrument connector: parallel type (which can be directly connected to the three valve group) and oblique type, which can adapt to the installation of different users.
■ Structural principle:
The meter adopts a double bellows structure, that is, two bellows are installed at symmetrical positions on both sides of the I-shaped bracket. The upper and lower ends of the I-shaped bracket are respectively the movable end and the fixed end, and the middle is connected by a spring sheet; the two bellows are in a parallel state, and are connected with the high and low pressure joints on the case by a conduit respectively; the gear transmission mechanism It is directly installed on the fixed end of the bracket and connected to the movable end of the bracket through a pull rod; the dial is directly fixed on the gear transmission mechanism.
The working principle of the meter: based on the pressure-sensing element, two bellows with the same stiffness are used, so they are forced to produce the same concentrated force under the same measured medium to act on the movable support respectively. No disturbance occurs, so the bracket is still in the original position, so that the gear transmission mechanism does not move, so that the pointer is still at the zero position.
When different pressures are applied (generally the high pressure end is higher than the low pressure end), the forces acting on the movable support by the two bellows are not equal, causing corresponding displacements, and driving the gear transmission mechanism to magnify them. Indicates the differential pressure between the two.
