The remote transmission part of DXBTMF series micro-small metal tube float flowmeter uses the international advanced non-contact and non-hysteresis detection magnetic field sensor to detect the change of the magnetic field angle. It is also equipped with a high-performance MCU. The host computer software sets parameters such as linear calibration of the flowmeter. This type of intelligent signal transmitter has high accuracy and reliability, high cost performance, and can completely replace imported instruments of the same type.

There are three types of wetted materials for the sensor: stainless steel, Hastelloy, and titanium. Users can choose different wetted materials according to different process pressures and corrosive requirements of the medium to meet the needs of process pressure resistance and medium corrosion protection.
The flow measurement is performed by the transmitter inside the indicator through coupling the magnetic steel to sense the change in the position of the float to complete the flow indication and the remote transmission of the signal. When the measured medium flows from the bottom to the top of the measuring tube, the float is balanced by the force of gravity, buoyancy, and fluid velocity on the float's vertical upward driving force. The float is relatively stationary at a certain position. The annulus area and fluid velocity change, and the position of the float corresponds to the flow rate of the measured medium.
