Principle: In the measuring tube, as the flow rate changes, the float moves upwards, and the force F and the weight W of the float reach a balance at a certain position. At this time, the area of the circulating annulus between the float and the orifice plate remains constant. The area of the annulus is proportional to the rising height of the float, that is, the position where the float rises in the measuring tube represents the magnitude of the flow. The position of the changing float is transmitted from the internal magnet to the external indicator, so that the indicator correctly indicates the flow value at this time. This means that the indicator housing is not in direct contact with the measuring tube. Therefore, even if a limit switch or transmitter is installed, the instrument can be used under high temperature and high pressure working conditions (picture)

LZ flowmeter can be equipped with M7, M8, M9, M10 indicators:
Magnetic coupling is used in M7. The angular displacement of the tracking magnet reflects the measured flow linearly on the scale plate by a curved plate mechanism. KW5-1 signal converter is used to accurately convert the flow value into a 0-10mA or 4-20mA current signal. Can bring the upper and lower limit alarm switch.
In the M8, M9, and M10 indicators, a piece of coupled magnetic steel is used to complete the flow indication, the electrical signal conversion and the damping function designed to control the flow fluctuation. The all-metal stainless steel case makes the instrument safer to operate, and more suitable for harsh and complex Environmental conditions.
Adopt module combination design. It can quickly add electrical signal output, on-off and off-line switches, and flow accumulation function to the instrument on the scene. Each functional unit board is a plug-in structure with simple, convenient and accurate positioning.
