概述 I. Overview of DXLWGY liquid turbine flowmeter
Turbine flow meters (hereinafter referred to as TUF) are the main varieties of impeller flow (velocity) meters. Impeller flow meters include anemometers and water meters. TUF consists of a sensor and a conversion display. The sensor uses a multi-blade rotor to sense the average flow velocity of the fluid, thereby deriving the flow rate or the total amount. The rotation speed (or number of revolutions) of the rotor can be detected mechanically, magnetically, and photoelectrically, and displayed and recorded by a reading device. It is said that the United States issued the first TUF patent as early as 1886, and the 1914 patent believed that TUF traffic was related to frequency. The first TUF in the United States was developed in 1938. It was used to measure the flow of fuel on aircraft. It was only after the Second World War that jet engines and liquid jet fuel urgently needed a high-precision, fast-response flowmeter to make it truly Industrial applications. Today, it has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, scientific research, national defense, and metrology departments.
Working principle of DXLWGY liquid turbine flowmeter
When the measured fluid flows through the sensor, under the action of the fluid, the impeller rotates under force, and its speed is proportional to the average flow velocity of the pipe. The rotation of the impeller changes the magnetic resistance of the magnetoelectric converter periodically. The magnetic flux in the detection coil changes periodically, generating a periodic induced potential, that is, an electric pulse signal, which is amplified by an amplifier and sent to a display instrument for display.

1. High accuracy, generally up to ± 1% R, ± 0.5% R, high precision type can reach ± 0.2% R;

This type of turbine flow product does not have the on-site display function, and only transmits the flow signal far away. The flow signal can be divided into pulse signal or current signal (4-20mA); the instrument is low in price, high in integration, and small in size, and is particularly suitable for use with computer control systems such as secondary display instruments, PLC, and DCS.
According to different output signals, this type of product can be divided into DXLWGY- □ N type and DXLWGY- □ A type
DXLWGY- □ N type sensor: 12 ~ 24VDC power supply, three-wire pulse output, high level ≥8V, low level ≤0.8V; signal transmission distance ≤1000m;
DXLWGY- □ A type transmitter: 24VDC power supply, two-wire system 4-20mA output, signal transmission distance ≤1000.

Intelligent integrated turbine flowmeter
A new type of smart meter integrating the turbine flow sensor and display integration developed with advanced ultra-low-power single-chip microcomputer technology. It adopts dual-row LCD on-site display. It has a compact mechanism, intuitive and clear readings, high reliability, and is not subject to external power Obvious advantages such as interference, anti-lightning, and low cost. The meter has three-point correction of the meter coefficient, intelligently compensates for the non-linearity of the meter coefficient, and can be corrected on site. The high-definition liquid crystal display simultaneously displays the instantaneous flow rate (4 significant digits) and the accumulated flow rate (8 significant digits, with a clear function). All valid data will not be lost for 10 years after power off. These turbine flowmeters are all explosion-proof products with explosion-proof grade: ExdIIBT6.
This type of turbine flowmeter can be divided into DXLWGY- □ B type and DXLWGY- □ C type according to the power supply mode and whether it has remote signal output.
DXLWGY- □ B type: The power supply uses 3.2V10AH lithium battery (can run continuously for more than 4 years); no signal output function.
DXLWGY- □ C type: The power supply uses 24VDC external power supply, and outputs 4-20mA standard two-wire current signal. RS485 or HART communication can be added according to different site requirements.
