Product overview of plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter
LDE type plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is a new type of flow meter developed on the basis of pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter. On the basis of retaining the advantages of pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter, it is difficult to install pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter on the pipeline. According to the principle of Nikura magnetic (NIKURADS), the average flow velocity of the fluid is measured by energizing the electromagnetic method to obtain the volume flow rate of the fluid. In particular, after the installation technology with pressure openings and pressure is used, the plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter can be installed without stopping water, and it can also be installed on cast iron pipes and cement pipes. The successful development of the plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter provides a new method for the detection of fluid flow.
Product features of plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter

  • The plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is easy to install in official flow detection, and can flow continuously. The on-site class has pressure openings, which has absolute installation advantages and price advantages;
  • It is suitable for liquid flow detection with conductivity above 5us / cm, such as water, sewage, acid, strong alkali, etc. The change of conductivity does not affect the change of performance, and it is highly adaptable to the complex changes of fluid. Particularly suitable for flow measurement of water supply and drainage pipes;
  • The flowmeter has no mechanical moving parts. The converter adopts an optimized design. The structure is compact and easy to install. The converter and the sensor are interchangeable. The measurement range can be freely changed (0.5m / s ~ 10m / s).
  • The flow detection is only related to the insertion depth, so the flowmeter is versatile and highly interchangeable. One model is suitable for fluid measurement requirements of various specifications of pipes;
  • Can be connected with any standard secondary instrument;
  • 4 ~ 20mA current output;
  • Can set pulse output;
  • RS485 interface, HART communication protocol, MODBUS protocol;
  • Automatic range switching function. When the flowmeter changes in the flow range, the range can be automatically switched to ensure accurate measurement in the full range;
  • Positive and negative flow direction calculation function. Users can choose forward measurement or reverse measurement (the factory is forward measurement);
  • Upper and lower limit alarms. The user can set the upper and lower limit instantaneous flow as required. When the flow exceeds the upper or lower limit set value, the buzzer will alarm or there will be a relay output (user selectable);
  • Air traffic alarm. In the working state, when the flowmeter measures the empty tube in the tube, the instantaneous flow is zero, and the alarm is displayed in the upper right corner;
  • Power-off protection, the calculation results of the flow meter and user-set parameters will not be lost after power-off, EEPROM can save the set parameters and accumulated values;
  • Small signal removal function. Users can set the lower-limit voltage or lower-limit flow through the display panel to cut off small interference signals;
  • The instrument applies the "automatic zero return" principle to eliminate the electrochemical interference signal and the zero point is stabilized;
  • The converter and sensor have multiple protection levels and installation methods, including IP68 suitable for submersible installation.
