Compensation wire

Compensation wire (compensation cable) refers to a pair of insulated wires with the same nominal value as the thermoelectromotive force of the thermocouple to which they are matched within a certain temperature range. Use them to connect the thermocouple and the temperature display control instrument to Compensate for errors caused by temperature changes where they connect to the thermocouple.
Compensation wire (compensation cable) is suitable for single-point or multi-point connection of automatic temperature measuring instruments in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, light textile and other industries, as well as national defense, scientific research and other departments.

Use characteristics:
Operating temperature: heat-resistant grade: -65 ℃ ~ + 200 ℃ and -65 ℃ ~ + 260 ℃;
Normal grade: -40 ℃ ~ + 70 ℃ and -40 ℃ ~ + 105 ℃;
Minimum bending radius: Compensating wire: not less than 8 times the outer diameter of the conductor;
Compensation cable: no less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable when armored, no less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable without armor. Main technical indicators:
