Oxygen barrier flame retardant cable

This product is suitable for high-rise buildings, oil fields, power stations, mines, subways, control, monitoring circuits, and computer systems with high flame retardant requirements. This product is mainly used in the development and application of oxygen barrier technology in cable insulation and external protection. Between the layers is filled a layer of inorganic metal compound, which is a non-toxic, odorless, non-halogenous colloid. When the cable is burned, the original soft metal compound is decomposed by heat, releasing crystal water and absorbing heat, and forming a covering layer on the insulation surface to isolate the combustion-supporting effect of hot oxygen, so that the inner insulation is protected; The precipitation and the evaporation of water vapor absorb a large amount of thermal energy, which greatly reduces the temperature of the outer layer of combustibles and the surrounding environment, and the fired cable will gradually extinguish itself.
Production execution standards:
Adopt Q / TK.TY.J.04.15-2001 and GB / T18380.3-2001 standard.
Conditions of Use
1.AC rated voltage: U0 / U (V series: 600 / 1000V, K series: 450 / 750V, B series 450 / 750V)
2. Maximum long-term working temperature of cable ① Flame retardant PVC insulation and sheath: 70 ° C and 105 ° C; XLPE insulation: 90 ° C
② Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath: 200 ° C and 260 ° C; Fluoroplastic insulation 105 ° C flame retardant PVC sheath: 90 ° C and 125 ° C ③ Low-smoke and low-halogen flame-retardant PVC insulation and sheath: 70 ℃; low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin insulation and sheath: 90 ℃
3.Minimum ambient temperature:
① Flame retardant PVC insulation and sheath: fixed laying -40 ℃; non-fixed laying -15 ℃
② Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath: fixed laying -60 ℃; non-fixed laying -20 ℃
4. Cable installation temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃
