The float ball liquid level transmitter consists of a liquid level sensor and a current converter. The float ball and the liquid level change synchronously, and the reed switch is controlled to open and close, so that the internal resistance of the sensor changes linearly. The change in resistance is converted into a 4-20mA standard current signal and superimposed digital signal output. It can display, alarm and control the liquid level of the medium in the opening, closed container or underground tank. The tested medium can be conductive and non-conductive liquids such as water, oil, acid, alkali, industrial sewage, etc., and can overcome the effect of false liquid level caused by liquid foam. Widely used in oil refining, chemical, paper, food, and wastewater treatment industries.
DXUQD-91 float level transmitter is an extension of DXUQK-91 float level controller. The floating ball liquid level transmitter outputs a standard current signal of 4-20mA and is matched with a type III electric instrument, which can realize automatic detection, control and recording of the liquid level.
