Application of V-cone flowmeter
2012-1-11 11:11:35

(V-cone flowmeter)是我公司在20世纪80年代开始研发的一种差压流量计,它的开发成功是差压式流量测量的质的飞跃。 V -cone flowmeter is a differential pressure flowmeter developed by our company in the 1980s. Its successful development is a qualitative leap in differential pressure flow measurement. It uses V-cones to produce in the flow field

The throttling effect is measured by measuring the pressure difference between upstream and downstream. Compared with ordinary throttling parts, it changes the throttling layout, from central hole throttling to annular throttling. 与其他流 Practical use proves that V-cone flowmeters

Compared with measuring instruments, it has the advantages of high long-term accuracy, good stability, limited installation conditions, wear resistance, wide measuring range, small pressure loss, and suitable for dirty media. And the V-cone itself acts as a rectifier for the flow field.

An excellent new type of flowmeter with unique performance. The V-cone flowmeter, which is a combination of a V-cone sensor and a differential pressure transmitter, can accurately measure the flow of various media within a wide Reynolds number (8 × 103≤Re≤5 × 107).

的测量准确,必须正确地选择安装位置和方法 In order to ensure accurate measurement of V-cone flowmeter , the installation position and method must be selected correctly

1. Requirements for impurities in the medium:

To ensure the service life of the flowmeter, a filter should be installed before the straight section of the flowmeter.

Installation place:

The flowmeter should be installed in a place where it is easy to maintain, without strong electromagnetic interference and heat radiation

2. Requirements for straight pipe sections:

The flowmeter must be installed horizontally on the pipeline (the pipeline is inclined within 50), and the axis of the flowmeter should be concentric with the pipeline axis during installation, and the flow direction should be the same.

The length of the upstream pipe of the flowmeter should be equal to or greater than 2D. The straight pipe section is recommended to be 5D upstream and 3D downstream if the installation site permits.

3. Requirements for the bypass pipe:

In order to ensure that the normal use of the medium is not affected during the maintenance of the flowmeter, cut-off valves (cutoff valves) should be installed on the front and rear pipelines of the flowmeter, and bypass pipelines should be set at the same time. The flow control valve should be installed downstream of the flow meter.

When the flowmeter is used, the shut-off valve installed upstream must be fully opened to avoid the unstable flow of the upstream fluid.

4. Requirements for installation and welding:

The user has another pair of standard flanges welded on the front and rear pipes. Welding with a flow meter is not allowed!

Before installing the flowmeter, it is necessary to strictly remove the dirt such as welding slag in the pipeline. It is best to use an equal-diameter pipe (or bypass pipe) instead of the flowmeter to purge the pipeline.

To ensure that the flowmeter is not damaged during use.

5. Requirements for piping:

The inside diameter of the upstream and downstream piping of the flowmeter installation point is the same as the inside diameter of the flowmeter.

6. Requirements for the external environment:

Turbine flowmeters are best installed indoors. When they must be installed outdoors, they must be protected from sun, rain and lightning to avoid affecting their service life.
