Problems in the pressure gauge calibration process:
1. The connected standard instruments and calibrated instruments should be free of oily and corrosive substances and other impurities, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the instrument.
2. When removing the pressure gauge, the system must be at zero pressure.
3. When changing vacuum or pressure, the system must be at zero pressure.
Common faults and solutions:
1, can not hit the pressure, hand pressure pump feels air pressure
Reasons: 1) The reversing valve is not reversing, causing air leakage.
2) The positive pressure check valve or negative pressure check valve does not reset after moving, resulting in air pressure.
Treatment method: The directional valve must be switched in place.
2.The pressure regulating pump cannot be pressurized
Solution: Check whether the sealing ring in the pressure regulating pump is damaged.
3.No pressure or no pressure output on one side
Solution: Check whether the output port is blocked.
4.The negative pressure does not reach the standard
Solution: The instrument should be judged according to the actual atmospheric pressure in the local area.
