1. The pressure gauge is affected by vibration

In fact, when the position exceeds 2/3 of the full scale, the elastic element of the pressure gauge is already in the near limit state. The pressure gauge works for a long time under an overloaded state, and its internal elastic elements such as spring tubes and diaphragms will weaken or even lose their elasticity because of a long-term or near-limit deformation state, and eventually undergo permanent deformation.
3 , the pressure gauge is affected by temperature
The pressure measurement of a pressure meter mainly depends on its elastic components such as spring tubes. In high or low temperature environments, the elastic components of the pressure instrument will deform under the effect of temperature, especially for long-term work in high-temperature media. In a pressure gauge, the elastic element may be permanently deformed, which will cause an error in the display of the pressure gauge.
In the use of pressure gauges, it is necessary to minimize the effect of temperature on the indicated value of the pressure gauge. The most direct and effective method is to avoid the pressure gauge to work in abnormal temperature environment. If it cannot be avoided, the pressure gauge should be protected from high temperature or cold. For example, install condensing device or insulation device for pressure gauge.
