1.Transmitter output signal is unstable

3.Transmitter has no output when connected to power

Possible causes for pressure transmitters are:
Incorrect wiring (check both meter and sensor)
Open or short circuit of the wire itself. No output or power mismatch. Damaged meter or mismatched sensor.

4. The pressure goes up, and the pressure transmitter cannot go up: In this case, you should first check whether the pressure interface is leaking or blocked. If it is not confirmed, check the wiring method, and if the wiring is correct, check the power supply, such as the power supply is normal. Then check whether the sensor has an output at the zero position, or simply pressurize to see if the output changes. If there is a change, the sensor is not damaged. If there is no change, the sensor is damaged. Other reasons for this may be instrument damage, or problems in other parts of the entire system.

Generally because of the seal specifications (too soft or too thick), when the sensor is tightened, the seal is compressed into the sensor pressure port to block the sensor. The pressure medium cannot enter when pressurized, but it suddenly bursts open when the pressure is very high In the seal ring, the pressure sensor changes under pressure, and when the pressure decreases again, the seal ring returns to block the pressure-inducing port, and the remaining pressure cannot be released, so the sensor cannot go down to the zero position. The best way to eliminate this is to remove the sensor and directly check whether the zero position is normal. If the seal is replaced normally, try again.


6. The deviation between the transmitter and the pointer pressure gauge is large, and it is normal for the deviation to occur. To confirm the normal deviation range, confirm the normal error range method:

7.Effect of micro differential pressure transmitter installation position on zero output

The differential pressure transmitter has a small measurement range, and the weight of the sensing element in the transmitter will affect the output of the differential pressure transmitter. Therefore, when the differential pressure transmitter is installed, the zero change occurs. This is normal.

During installation, the pressure-sensitive part of the transmitter should be perpendicular to the direction of gravity. If the installation conditions are limited, the transmitter should be adjusted to zero to a standard value after installation.
