自由电子密度处处相同 的材料 构成的热电偶 ,不 管它的 截面积和长度 还是 各处的温度分布 怎么样 ,都不能产生热带电势。 A thermocouple composed of a homogeneous material, that is, a material with the same free electron density everywhere , cannot produce a tropical potential , regardless of its cross-sectional area and length or temperature distribution everywhere .
定律 可以体现以下几点 The following points can be reflected from the law of thermocouples :
1)必须 有二种不同性质的材料组成热电偶 ,并 且热电偶二 接点温度不 一样 ( 1) There must be two kinds of materials with different properties to form a thermocouple , and the two junctions of the thermocouple have different temperatures .
受到 组成热电偶材料、热端和冷端的温度 的影响而变化 却不受 热电偶的几何形状、尺寸大小和沿电极温度分布 的影响 (2) The thermoelectric potential is affected by the composition of the thermocouple material, the temperature of the hot end and the cold end , but it is not affected by the geometry, size and temperature distribution of the electrode along the thermocouple .
如果某 一种材料组成的闭合回路存在温差时,回路产生 热电势, 因此可以 说明该材料是不均匀的。 (3) If there is a temperature difference in the closed circuit of a certain material, the circuit generates a thermoelectric potential, so it can be explained that the material is not uniform. 产生的热电势越大, 这就可以说明 热电极的材料 非常的 不均匀。 If the generated thermoelectric potential is larger, this can indicate that the material of the thermal electrode is very uneven. 可见, 热电偶 定律为检查热电极材料均匀提供了 科学的 理论依据。 It can be seen that the law of the thermocouple provides a scientific theoretical basis for checking the uniformity of the material of the hot electrode .
如果 测量产生的误差 比较 大, 则说明 热电极材料 不均匀性 也非常 大, 因此可以说 衡量热电偶质量的重要指标 中的一项就是 热电极的均匀性。 (4) If the measurement error is relatively large, it means that the heterogeneity of the thermal electrode material is also very large, so it can be said that one of the important indicators to measure the quality of the thermocouple is the uniformity of the thermal electrode.
