[2] The interface of the flowmeter can be matched with a plastic pipe, or with a plastic pipe, bonded with a special glue, or it can be connected by a plastic method, and then connected to a metal flange;
[3] The flowmeter must be installed vertically, without obvious tilt, and its installation height should be convenient for reading the float. When reading, the line of sight and the float should be horizontal; [General standard: The optimal flow rate required is the maximum flow rate of the flowmeter. 50% -70%, try not to use the highest number]
[4] There should be a straight pipe section 5 times the meter diameter at the upstream and downstream of the meter ...
[5] The pressure of the bedding fluid must be stable. If the fluid is too unstable, it will cause the float to fluctuate and cannot be measured correctly. A buffer or a setter should be set upstream of the flowmeter.
[6] The plastic tube rotor flowmeter should be installed vertically, and the angle between the centerline of the flowmeter and the plumb line should not exceed 5 degrees.
