1: Product Features and Uses

Three: main technical indicators

1. The DC resistance of the finished cable conductor (Class R) (in accordance with GB3956), refer to Table 1 in Appendix A.

2. Power frequency voltage test:

U0 is 3.6KV and below cable: 2.5UO + 2KV / 5min without breakdown

UO is above 3.6KV cable: 2.5U0KV / 5min without breakdown

3. Partial discharge test:

When U0 is 1.8KV and above and 18KV and below, 1.5UO discharge is not more than 20pc;

UO is above 18KV, and the discharge capacity under 1.5UO is not more than 10pc.

2) Conductor: Type 1 solid conductor is used for 6mm2 and below, and type 2 stranded conductor is used for 10mm2 and above.

3) Insulation material

1.3.1 Cables with rated voltage U0 / U≤1.8 / 3kV: Class A PVC-II (J-70).

Cables with a rated voltage U0 / U≥1.8 / 3kV: Class B PVC-II (JGD-70).

Flame-retardant and fire-resistant power cables use the same kind of flame-retardant and fire-resistant insulation materials.

1.3.2 The thickness of the thinnest point of insulation shall not be less than 90% -0.1mm of the nominal value. The average value of insulation shall be kept to one decimal place, and the thinnest point shall be kept to two decimal places.

The numbers 1, 2, and 3 indicate the main wire core, and 0 indicates the neutral wire core. The maximum distance between adjacent numbers is 25mm, and the word height is not less than 4.5mm.

Color identification: 2-core cable ... red, light blue; 3-core cable ... red, yellow, green; 4-core cable ... red, yellow, green, light blue

Among them, red, yellow, and green represent the main core, and light blue represents the neutral core.

4) Shield

1.4.1 Cables with a rated voltage U0> 0.6kV should have a metal shield;

1.4.2 Cables with a rated voltage U0 of 6kV shall have a conductor shield and an insulation shield.

5) Filling and wrapping

1.5.1 Non-flame-resistant cable is filled with polypropylene mesh tear film, and the tape is made of non-woven fabric;

1.5.2 The flame-retardant cable is filled with alkali-free glass rope, and the wrapping tape is made of alkali-free glass cloth tape. The power cable is multi-core 70mm2 and above with a layer of non-woven fabric, and the rest is only covered with a glass cloth tape.

6) Armoring layer: When there is armoring outside the metal shield, an impervious inner lining layer should be squeezed on the metal shield.

7) Non-metallic sheath: Non-flame-retardant cables use H-70, and flame-retardant cables use ZH-70. The nominal value of the sheath is determined according to the assumed diameter and GB2952-89. The minimum nominal value is 1.8mm, and the thinnest point at any point must not be less than the nominal value.

80% -0.2mm of the value; the nominal thickness of the single-core non-armored cable shall not be less than 1.4mm, and the minimum thickness of any point shall not be less than 85% -0.1mm of the nominal value. The average value of the sheath is kept to one decimal place, and the thinnest point is kept to two decimal places.

8) Marking: The surface of the finished cable should be continuously marked with the manufacturer's name, model, and rated voltage.
