In addition to using zirconia oxygen analyzer can analyze the oxygen purity of oxygen products. It can also analyze trace oxygen in high purity hydrogen and high purity nitrogen. According to the content of trace oxygen in the gas, the analyzer should be adjusted to the corresponding range. When using, pay attention to the following matters:

1) Control the flow. Do not use large flow, so as not to impact the wrong tube, which will rupture and damage the wrong tube. The flow is generally 500mL / min.

2) Check air tightness. Step-by-step leak detection can be used to take out the movement for inspection. There is a three-way joint in the wrong tube, which is prone to leaks in two places: one is the leak of the flow meter; the other is the lead oxide tube rupture. Pass in a small amount of gas first, make the flow rotor rise to the top full scale, and then block the outlet pipe of the flow meter. If the flow rotor does not come down, the flowmeter is leaking. If the exit of the instrument is blocked, the wrong tube is broken.

3) When used for hydrogen analysis, the flow meter reading is on the left; when used for nitrogen analysis, the flow meter reading is on the right.

4) When used to analyze high purity hydrogen or high purity nitrogen, if the range is set to the minimum range, the pointer is always to the left, indicating that there is a reducing gas in the gas, and it should be managed to remove, otherwise it cannot be measured.
