I. Range selection
When measuring stable pressure, the maximum range of the general pressure gauge is selected to be close to or greater than 1.5 times the normal pressure measurement value;
When measuring pulsating pressure, the maximum range of the general pressure gauge is selected to be close to or greater than 2 times the normal pressure measurement value;
When measuring the pump outlet pressure, the maximum range of the general pressure gauge is selected to be close to the maximum pressure of the pump outlet;
When measuring high pressure, the maximum range of the general pressure gauge should be greater than 1.7 times the maximum pressure measurement;
In order to ensure the accuracy of pressure measurement, the minimum pressure measurement value should be higher than 1/3 of the measurement range of the pressure gauge.
When measuring pressure> 0.4MPa, a spring tube pressure gauge can be selected;
When measuring pressure <0.04MPa, bellows and capsule pressure gauge can be selected;
For viscous, easy to crystallize, corrosive, and solid particles, a diaphragm pressure gauge or a chemical sealing device can be used;
Stainless steel pressure gauge or condensing ring should be selected for steam or medium pressure measurement above 60 ℃;
The pulsating pressure measurement should be attached with a damper or an earthquake-resistant pressure gauge;
A dust collector should be set when testing for dust gas;
A gas-liquid separator should be set when measuring the gas pressure of liquids;
Special pressure gauges should be used for measuring certain chemical media: ammonia pressure gauges are used for pressure measurement of ammonia- containing media, oxygen pressure gauges are used for oxygen- containing pressure measurement, acetylene pressure gauges are used for acetylene pressure measurement, and sulfur -resistant media is used for sulfur -resistant pressure Pressure gauge ;
High- pressure pressure gauges (greater than 10 MPa) should have pressure relief safety facilities.
