The remote installation should be the sensor

To install it on the ground or other methods, install 485 communication should communicate the sensor and other equipment, this is the correct selection of additional functions for electromagnetic flow;

1. When selecting a straight pipe section filled with liquid, if the straight pipe section of the pipeline or the horizontal pipe filled with liquid, during the installation and measurement process, non-full pipe conditions must not occur;

2. Be sure to avoid the equipment that has signal interference to the electromagnetic flowmeter when selecting measurement points, such as pumps; valves and other equipment;

3. When selecting a measurement point, pay attention not to choose a device with magnetic interference, such as a high-power radio;

4. The measurement position should be selected in the straight pipe section with heavy rain 5D on the probe and 3D downstream. This is the correct installation method of the electromagnetic flowmeter;

When installing the PTFE-lined electromagnetic flowmeter, the two flanges next to it must be fixed, and they must be tightened. If they are not tightened, the PTFE inner liner will be damaged. It is recommended to use a wrench to tighten;

It is necessary to maintain a space that is convenient for installation and subsequent maintenance. If there is vibration in the measuring pipe, the mounting bracket of the electromagnetic flowmeter needs to be fixed;
