(5) The pressure of the measured fluid must be stable. If the fluid pressure is unstable, it will cause the float to fluctuate and cannot be measured correctly. A buffer or a setter should be set upstream of the flow meter.

When the flowmeter is in use, slowly open the upstream valve to full open, and then use the regulating valve downstream of the flowmeter to adjust the flow.
(Prevent the float from suddenly impacting upwards and damaging the meter, and avoid sudden changes in the measured body temperature. If a leak is found in the flowmeter during use, the seal ring is generally misplaced or invalid, and it should be corrected or replaced.)
When the flowmeter is stopped, the upstream valve should be closed slowly first, and then the flow regulating valve downstream of the flowmeter should be closed.
