In order to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the thermocouple, the structural requirements of the thermocouple are as follows:


The connection between the compensation wire and the free end of the thermocouple should be convenient


The two hot electrodes should be well insulated from each other to prevent short circuit

The protective sleeve should ensure that the hot electrode is fully isolated from the harmful medium

The welding of the two hot electrodes that make up the thermocouple must be firm


Flameproof thermal resistance : Explosion-proof thermal resistance is exposed to the explosive mixed gas inside the casing through the junction box of the special structure.

The open circuit repair of the shadow resistor such as spark or arc must change the length of the resistance wire to affect the resistance value, and replace it with a new one.

The resistance body is good. If welding repair is used, it can only be used after verification after welding.
