The printed circuit board of the display instrument, the connector is faulty or the contact is poor; the troubleshooting method: replace the printed circuit board. 3. Preamp failure; Elimination method: use iron bar to move quickly under the detection head, no signal output, you should check the coil for disconnection and solder joint desoldering 4. The voltage to the preamp is too low; elimination method : Increase the power supply voltage to the specified requirements. 5. The impeller is stuck and cannot be turned; Removal method: Remove the foreign matter, and clean or replace the damaged parts, and recalibrate after replacing the parts.
Second, the flow display decreases gradually
1. The filter is clogged, the pressure loss is gradually increased, and the flow rate is reduced; the elimination method: clear the debris in the filter. 2. The valve core on the pipeline is loose, and the valve opening degree is automatically reduced; the troubleshooting method is to repair or replace the valve. 3. Impeller is obstructed by foreign matter or foreign matter enters the bearing clearance. The increase of resistance will slow down the speed; Exclusion method: clean the flowmeter and recalibrate if necessary.

Insufficient back pressure causes cavitation; Exclusion method: Install a valve downstream to increase back pressure. 6. Due to the influence of temperature, the viscosity of the fluid becomes larger; the exclusion method: increase the operating temperature. 7. Check valve is not installed, but reverse flow occurs; Exclusion method: Install check valve. 8. Bypass valve leakage; Exclusion method: Close the bypass valve and replace if necessary. 9. Distortion or pulsating flow occurs in the flow velocity distribution upstream of the flowmeter; exclusion method: find out the cause of the distortion or pulsating flow and take measures to eliminate it. 10. Display meter failure; Troubleshooting: Repair the display meter. 11. The display instrument wiring is incorrect; exclusion method: correct wiring. 12. The turbine flowmeter installation requirements generally include a straight pipe section of more than 15D upstream of the turbine flowmeter and a straight pipe section of 4D downstream to ensure measurement accuracy. If restricted by the installation site, the front straight pipe section of the turbine flowmeter cannot reach 15D At the same time, a tube bundle rectifier should be installed in the upstream straight pipe section. 2. The installation location of the turbine flowmeter must not have strong mechanical vibration and strong electromagnetic interference; during welding and installation, there must be no welding slag and flange gaskets protruding into the pipeline. The upstream control valve of the turbine flowmeter must be a fully open ball valve or Gate valve, so as not to affect the flow state of the measured medium. 3. The failure of the turbine flowmeter is mostly due to the wear of the turbine bearing and the impeller being stuck. This type of failure can be solved by replacing the bearing or removing debris on the impeller. However, the turbine flowmeter is a precision instrument with a tight assembly, replacement of accessories or After reassembly, the meter coefficient of the turbine flowmeter will be changed. Therefore, to ensure the measurement accuracy of the meter, the meter coefficient should be recalibrated after replacing the parts or reassembling. 4. Turbine flowmeters will change their meter coefficients as the operating time increases or replacement parts, so the turbine flowmeters should be re-calibrated. During the calibration process, pay attention to: the medium used for the calibration must be the same or the viscosity of the measured medium Similar media, different media have different instrument coefficient characteristic curves; if the turbine flowmeter is used where high measurement accuracy is required, the calibration should be performed as a whole together with the straight pipe sections of the flowmeter before and after the calibration In order to eliminate the additional error of the straight pipe section before and after the turbine flowmeter.
