1.High temperature type structure (G type)
The high temperature structure type (G type) is used for medium flow measurement when the temperature of the medium is too high or too low, and the measuring tube needs to be insulated. The high-temperature structure increases the distance between the measuring tube and the indicator to increase heat dissipation and increase the thickness of the thermal insulation material to ensure that the indicator works within the allowed ambient temperature range. Selection is "G" type.
The G-type metal tube float flow meter can measure the flow of medium with a temperature of -80 ℃-+ 300 ℃.
2.Structure with damper device (Z type)
The damper structure is used to measure the medium flow when the inlet flow (pressure) of the flowmeter is unstable, especially for gas measurement.
3.Jacketed structure (T type)
The jacket type structure is used to measure the flow of the medium that needs heat tracing or cooling (such as high viscosity and easy to crystallize). By heating or cooling the medium in the jacket, the low boiling point and low freezing point fluids are not vaporized and crystallized. HG20594-97 DN15 PN1.6 flange is used as standard for heat tracing medium lead-in and lead-out connection. Other flange specifications can be specified with the manufacturer. The pressure level of the jacket is 1.6MPa.
4.High-pressure type structure (Y type)
The high-pressure structure is used for flow measurement where the pressure of the measured medium is higher than the standard pressure level. The high-pressure type structure is shown in the figure below. At present, the maximum pressure of FFM64 series can reach 32MPa. In addition, the high-pressure type flowmeter can provide a built-in magnetic filter type, and the installation height is 350mm. The maximum pressure for FA, FB and FC models is 10 MPa.

1. After the flowmeter is unpacked and checked for correctness, remove the filling material. The flowmeter should be installed vertically on the pipeline without vibration; if it is to be installed horizontally, additional instructions should be added when ordering. The angle between the centerline of the flowmeter and the plumb line should not exceed 5 °. The length of the straight pipe section of the flowmeter should be greater than 5 times the caliber of the flowmeter during installation to eliminate the effect of eddy current.
2. The newly installed pipeline should be flushed before the flowmeter is installed. If the measured medium contains particulate impurities or bubbles, a filtering device or an exhaust port should be installed upstream of the flowmeter. The fluid must flow from the bottom to the top during installation. If the fluid flows from top to bottom, the flowmeter will not work. If the measured medium is a pulsating flow, an appropriate size buffer device, such as a surge tank, should be installed downstream to eliminate the pulsation.
3. In order to easily check the zero point of the flowmeter, as well as to disassemble, repair, and debug it, stop valves and bypass valves should be installed above and below the flowmeter.
4. After the primary instrument is installed as required, the upstream and downstream shut-off valves of the flow meter should be closed first; then check the wiring of the primary instrument with the secondary instrument. After the error, the instantaneous flow rate of the secondary instrument should be zero. For normal use, you should first open the upstream valve to fully open, and then slowly adjust the flow from small to large using the downstream regulating valve of the flow meter, and the instantaneous flow should be changed. When stop working, close the upstream valve first, and then close the downstream regulating valve.
